Before Your Massage
Do I need to prepare before coming?
No special preparation is required. We simply recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in calmly. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol right before your session.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. For oil massages, you will undress privately to your comfort level and be properly covered at all times. For Thai Yoga Massage, we provide or recommend loose, comfortable clothing.
Should I shower before the massage?
It’s not mandatory, but many guests like to feel fresh. Our therapists always work respectfully and professionally.
Can I tell the therapist what I need?
Absolutely. Before every massage, we have a short consultation. You can share:
areas of tension or pain
preferred pressure (gentle, medium, strong)
if you want silence or light conversation
anything you feel unsure about.
There are no “wrong” questions.

During Your Massage
What if I feel shy or nervous?
This is completely normal — especially if it’s your first massage. Our therapists are experienced in creating a calm, respectful atmosphere where you can fully relax. You are always covered appropriately and treated with care.
Can I talk during the massage?
Yes — or not. Some guests like quiet relaxation, others prefer light conversation or guidance. Follow what feels natural for you.
What if the pressure is too strong or too light?
Please tell us at any time. Massage should feel effective but never uncomfortable. Adjusting pressure is part of professional care.
Will the therapist focus only on one area?
That depends on your request. We can focus on specific areas (neck, back, shoulders) or work the full body for overall balance.
What if I fall asleep?
That’s a good sign 🙂 Many guests fall asleep — it means your nervous system is deeply relaxing.

After Your Massage
How will I feel after the massage?
Most guests feel relaxed, lighter, and calmer. Some may feel pleasantly tired or deeply grounded. These sensations are normal.
Should I drink water?
Yes. We recommend drinking water or herbal tea after your massage to support hydration and recovery.
Can I go back to work or sightseeing?
Yes, but we recommend moving slowly and avoiding intense physical activity immediately after, if possible.
Is it normal to feel sore the next day?
Mild soreness can happen, especially after deep or therapeutic massage. It usually passes within 24–48 hours and is part of the body’s natural release process.
